Ad Formats
Military Media uses a Macintosh based format. All agency artwork should be provided using Adobe Indesign or QuarkXpress. Software applications used in production are Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.

Military Media accepts digital files created from most major prepress production and publishing software on both Macintosh and Windows platforms. We do prefer Macintosh format files. Word processing programs such as Wordperfect and Microsoft Word are generally used for text and have limited controls for graphics, fonts and color.

If you or your art provider is using a software program not lisited, please call us to insure compatibilty.

When sending art files, please include contract number and company name.

Layered Photoshop files work best.

We also accept:

We can accept files on Floppy, ZIP, CD-ROM or CD-R. You may also email us files (up to 5mb), for larger files FTP instructions are available upon request.
